A winner of the Gold Seal Award and SNAP (Special Needs Adaptive Portfolio) Award from the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio, this set of alphabet tiles employs a tactile system to introduce the letters of the alphabet to children of all abilities.
Constructed with a tactile ‘fold’ on the top left of each tile, which provides extremely thoughtful guidance for impaired learners to correctly position the tiles for play.
Each tile features an upper case letter on one side and its lower case counterpart on the back; grooved to provide tracing opportunities for writing practice. Corresponding Braille symbols are also embossed below each letter, a useful life skill that assists learning for all.

• Gently wipe down with warm water & cloth when necessary.
• Air dry until all sides and surfaces are completely dry.
• Do not soak in water.
• Do not use any cleaning chemicals, including (but not limited to) disinfectant sprays, detergents, surface cleaners, wood sprays, dishwashing liquid, and/or non baby-safe wipes or soaps. They may leave toxic residue and leech when mouthed on.
• Do not leave for extended periods under direct sunlight as it will cause cracking and fading over time.
• To prevent the growth of mould, refrain from storing in areas that are subject to poor ventilation or prone to higher humidity levels, such as (but not limited to) the storeroom, bathroom, kitchen, and/or laundry area.

Ordered these for a kindergarten student we would be working with through ministry and they have been SO helpful! The fact he can feel the shape of the “letter” as well as feel his braille version helps SO much when playing letter videos, etc that are such a huge part of kindergarten learning!
