A flat rate of S$10 applies for all standard local deliveries below $100.

Why yes, there is! Shipping’s on us for orders over S$100. 

Upon confirmation, our Better stuff will reach you within 4-7 working days (not including weekends and public holidays). 

That said, we do seek your kind understanding that any special requests/arrangements after the order is made, as well as re-delivery attempts, will result in a delay and as such, be no longer bounded by our 4-7 working day delivery promise.

No fear, Express Delivery is here! 

Our 24-hour Express Delivery Service is available at $25/location; and subject to courier availability. Drop us a message at websales@thebettertoystore.com, and we’ll make the impossible happen. A gentle note that:

  • A delivery is guaranteed within 24hours of payment for the service; and is not open to further requests for fulfilment in an even shorter timespan within this 24-hour period.
  • Deliveries made on Fridays for commercial and industrial locations will include Monday as part of the ’24-hour’ delivery promise, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Delivery fee is not entitled to further discounts or VIP privileges, and does not constitute as ‘Amount Spent’ for any promotions, if any.

We are fully committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers, with Assurance that you can trust from start to finish; for this reason, we do not ship to logistic intermediaries that we have no control or visibility over.

Orders made using a Freight Forwarder’s shipping address will be automatically cancelled by our system within 48 hours (we will reach out to let you know too). 

We also seek your understanding that, should a non-commercial forwarding partner be used, we will deem the parcel as being received in full and proper condition upon delivery. This includes all private arrangements where the delivery address is not that of the intended end recipient.

The Better Toy Store will not be held liable for any claims thereafter, including (but not limited to):

  • Product Defects
  • Packaging Damages
  • Quantity Discrepanices
  • Total or Partial Losses
  • Process Delays or Disruptions 
  • Any additional Expenses occured due to (but not limited to) the above  

Don’t worry! Our ‘Completed’ status simply indicates that your order has been processed, packed, and despatched for delivery. Usually, this means that you can expect to receive your purchase in the next 1-3 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)*.

* applicable only for local deliveries.

Don’t worry, if we missed you (or your recipient) the first time round, we’ll attempt a second delivery free of charge. However, if we are still unable to reach you on our second try, there will be a $10 delivery fee for every delivery attempt thereafter. 

A gentle note that re-deliveries are no longer covered under our 4-7 working days delivery lead time. 

Alternatively, there is also the option for a self-collection at any of our store outlets. 🙂
