RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Are you a fickle pickle? Or did we muck it up?

If you need to arrange for a return or exchange for your purchases, read on to see if we’ve got your queries covered – otherwise there’s always good ol’ email to reach us, at: betteraskus@thebettertoystore.com .

 Whether it’s a manufacturer’s defect or a problem with missing parts, please email us at websales@thebettertoystore.com within 30 days upon receipt of your items. All purchases are non-refundable, but we promise a resolution that will turn those frowns upside down. Providing your order number and screenshots of the defect will help greatly too.

We’re cool. Likewise, drop us a message at websales@thebettertoystore.com so that we may assist. You may also head down to any of our store outlets with your Invoice should you wish to exchange your purchase for something else. 

An exchange delivery service is also available, but courier fees and subsequent re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the sender. Should payment be requested from our end during courier of the returned item, we will have to reject the parcel.

All returned items need to be in its original packaging, unused, and in a sellable condition. Original proof of purchase or a packing slip is also a must.

Fret not! We also provide returns by way of a Credit Note.

Easier than A-B-C. We issue a receipt based on the purchase value of the items; and this amount can then be used to offset the total on future purchases.

All credit notes are valid for 90 days upon date of issue, and you have the option of utilizing it either online or in our physical stores. 

Unfortunately, our Sale Terms & Conditions do not allow for monetary refunds. For defects, an exchange to the same or similar item will be offered accordingly. 

Why, yes of course! You will still be entitled to a return/exchange even if you bought your item during a sale period. Only items marked as “CLEARANCE” or “AS-IS” are non-exchangeable/non-returnable. (Don’t worry, all Clearance/AS-IS items are clearly labelled as such in the Product Name, Description, and Image; so you definitely won’t miss it.)

That said, a gentle note that the return value of your item may differ from what you paid, depending on the conditions of the promotion. If this worries you, just drop us an email before your purchase, and we’ll be happy to explain this to you in further detail! 🙂 

Of course! We understand that you might not want your friend to find out that you’re returning something they got. *ahem* If so, simply use your packing slip as a proof of purchase. It has all the information we need to help you process an exchange. 

And we promise, we won’t tell.

What are geographic boundaries but a man-made complication? 

If your exchange is due to a manufacturer’s defect, provide us with pictures (as many and as detailed as possible) and we’ll sort it out for you – no extra charge.

We are also okay-ing exchanges due to a change of mind. However, do take note that all return courier fees will be borne by the sender, and standard international shipping fees will apply accordingly for a second shipment, if any.
