1. RETAIL ADVISOR (FULL-TIME)

The Retail Advisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for all our guests while supporting the daily operations of the store. Candidates should have a proven ability to contribute meaningfully in a team environment, and be able to represent the Better brand with professionalism and integrity.

A Better Retail Advisor Will:
  • Develop and maintain Strong Product Knowledge of in-house brands, in order to provide Better play advice for our shoppers (don’t worry, we help you with this!) 
  • Create an Extraordinary Service Experience by being attentive of our surroundings and going the extra mile for our customers.
  • Be highly motivated and committed to the achievement of Daily Store Sales and KPI Goals.
  • Adhere to Store’s Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) with excellence.
  • Maintain optimal Housekeeping standards; including (but not limited to) the store’s Display & Merchandising, Windows, Shelves, Counter, Storeroom – and overall cleanliness of the shop 
  • Carry out Standard Retail Roles & Duties within the store; including (but not limited to) Cashiering, Store Ordering, Stock-Take – and any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to faciliate your professional growth
  • Possess good Communication skills, and work effectively in a Team.

Salary Indication
  • $1900 – $2,200 / mth

2. RETAIL ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

Retail experience is not a must when you’ve got the right attitude. If you’re looking for a Part-Time Position and know that you can be counted on as a reliable team mate; then we want you here with us immediately.

A Better Retail Assistant Will:
  • Display reasonable Product Knowlege to provide meaningful assistance to our customers (don’t worry, we help you with this!) 
  • Support the Full-Time team in achieving Daily Store Sales and KPI Goals.
  • Maintain optimal Housekeeping standards; including (but not limited to) the store’s Display & Merchandising, Windows, Shelves, Counter, Storeroom – and overall cleanliness of the shop 
  • Adhere to Store’s Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) with excellence.
  • Assist the Full-Time team in carrying out Standard Retail Roles & Duties within the store; including (but not limited to) Cashiering, Store Ordering, Stock-Take
  • Possess good Communication skills, and work effectively in a Team. 
  • Display Professional Maturity, and be Responsible in committing to your work schedule

3. RETAIL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME)

As a Better Retail Executive, you have been specially identified as a team member we want to nurture into something Better. You will be on the fast track for professional development, with plenty of opportunities for ascension to Supervisory, Managerial, or even Mentoring roles. Because we are a small and unstructured unit, you will also have a unique space to discover and explore your passions and find a way to integrate them at the workplace, whether in Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Visual Merchandising, Public relations, or Business Analytics. 

Candidates should have a proven ability to contribute meaningfully in a team environment, and be able to represent the Better brand with professionalism and integrity.

A Better Retail Operations Executive Will:
  • Possess an Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English
  • Have Intermediate IT Proficiency, in particular to Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Lead the Service Experience by developing direct and meaningful relationships with our customers
  • Develop and maintain Strong Product Knowledge of in-house brands, in order to provide Better play advice for our shoppers (don’t worry, we help you with this!) 
  • Motivate the achievement of Daily Store Sales and KPI Goals.
  • Uphold the Company’s Policies and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) with excellence.
  • Ensure optimal Housekeeping standards; including (but not limited to) the store’s Display & Merchandising, Windows, Shelves, Counter, Storeroom – and overall cleanliness of the shop 
  • Take Charge of Standard Retail Roles & Duties within the store; including (but not limited to) Cashiering, Store Ordering, Stock-Take – and any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to faciliate your professional growth
  • Possess good Communication skills, and Work Well Independently or as part of a Team. 
  • Be a Self-Starter with strong Initiative, and have a strong appetite for Self-Led Learning.
