WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BUSINESS CUSTOMER AND A NORMAL VIP CUSTOMER?

Our VIPs enjoy 10% year-round, flat. Depending on your trade model, our business customers enjoy tiered discounts beginning from at least 10%, with additional rebates and benefits that kick in the more your purchases accumulate. Moral of the story: Stick with us and you'll get a Better deal, always.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

    With the exception of schools, there is a minimum first order amount of at least $1000, net.

    There is no minimum order quantity or amount for schools and child-related businesses.

  • AND WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

    We currently only accept pre-payment (via Paypal or Bank Transfers), and Cash On Delivery. 

    30-day terms are only available to brick-and-mortar resellers, as well as schools and child-related institutions.

    • GREAT. SO HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

      Lead times will vary based on product type and quantity. Generally, if everything requested is in stock, our stuff will reach you within 5-7 working days upon receipt of a purchase order (and payment, if applicable)
    • HOLD UP... HOLD UP. WHAT'S THAT ABOUT THINGS BEING 'IN STOCK'? DOES THIS MEAN WE CAN ALSO REQUEST FOR THINGS THAT ARE 'NOT IN STOCK?'

      You sharp cookie. 

      The answer is yes. If there is something from our existing brands that is absolutely crucial for your business, don't drop it just because you don't see it on our shelves. Let us know because we will work magic for you. (Do take note that our items are imported directly from Europe and around, which means that lead time will correspond to shipping time.)

    • SPEAKING OF SHIPPING...

      We got it. Orders above $300 will be entitled to free shipping. Otherwise, there is a flat delivery fee of $10. 

      Self-collection from our outlets is also a possible option. 

    • ONE LAST THING: WHAT ARE YOUR PRICING AND RETURN POLICIES?

      All items will be deemed as being received in good condition if no communication is made within 7 days after delivery. Goods on Special Offer are also sold as-is; and are strictly not returnable/exchangeable. 

      For resellers, RRPs have to be followed strictly. However, we want you to sell Better and therefore, exchanges is a negotiable term in the contract, provided items+packaging are still in their original, sellable condition.
