Local Shipping
The Better Toy Store endeavors to ship all packages out within 3 working days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). However, due to heavy order volume for the month of November and December, it may take more time for us to ship out your package.
FREE local delivery to one address for orders above S$250.
For orders below $250, an $8 delivery fees is liable.
You will receive a notification email once the transaction is successful. If you do not hear from us, please call (65) 6836 4645 or email us at everyone@thebettertoystore.com. We will try our best to reply you within 48 hours.
International Shipping
All rates quoted in SGD.
The Better Toy Store will ship internationally to locations that are service by UPS.
The international shipping duration provided by UPS is between 3 to 4 working days.
Shipping charges for designated country will be reflected upon checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which recipient will be liable once the package reaches the country of destination.
Customers may also opt to use their own means of shipping method.
For example, customers from other countries may want to appoint FedEx, DHL or other shipping companies as their shipping agent to pick up the goods from us thus bearing the shipping cost. In this case, The Better Toy Store will only charge the customer for the goods and any relevant bank administration charges.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
The Better Toy Store does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses will be re-route by UPS or return to The Better Toy Store as undeliverable.
For shipment re-routed by UPS, an S$15.00 UPS charge is chargeable. The billing party will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
Exchange policy (applicable to online purchases only)
Thank you for shopping at The Better Toy Store. We aim to provide the highest standard of service to our customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied with our products and the shopping experience. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, things may not go well as expected. Do not worry, we have provided some remedies for you.
Exchange Policy
An exchange will be made if:
1. Product was damage in the delivery process.
2. The model/design of the item we delivered is not that of which the customer has ordered.
All goods must be return with its original tags intact together with original packaging. All exchanges are acceptable within 7 days after receiving the item for local purchases and 30 days for international purchases. Customers will be notified through email once we receive the package. Please allow 10 days for the package to reach us. We will inspect each item once we receive the package. In any case, the item is in unsuitable condition, it will be return to the customer.
An exchange is strictly for the same item. Should the required item be “currently not available” status, customers may
- Request to put on the reservation list to wait for the item to be available.
- Ask for a refund
Refund policy
A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
2. Customer wishes to withdraw before the order is processed. Please note that once the order is processed, the payment is not refundable.
Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any relevant charges for returns are not refundable.

Reservation
1. Reservation of items is only valid for local shipment and upon receiving payment.
2. Customers should proceed with payment as soon as they receive the payment details to avoid stock unavailability.
3. Customers will be notified through email the estimated time for the goods to arrive to warehouse and to deliver to them.

Cash On Delivery (For Local Orders only)
Cash on Delivery is the most convenient and hassle-free payment option. You will hence, be required to pay upon receiving your delivered item.

All information provided is strictly confidential to ensure our customers are able to shop in a safe and trusted environment. We do not store any card details or any relevant information entered to the system by the customers when ordering. All card payments are secure through RBS Worldpay.
